Our Story
Banquet House Ministries was founded by my late husband, Pastor James Eghosa Uyi, after he received a divine instruction to go into ministry following his studies at All Nations for Christ Bible Institute.
Through a series of encounters with God, he received the inspiration for the name Banquet House Ministries. In one remarkable vision, he saw a very long table beautifully set with plates and cutlery made of pure gold, symbolizing the Lord’s Banquet and His invitation for people to come, encounter Him, and partake of what He has prepared.
With this divine urgency, the ministry began about 20 years ago in my mother’s sitting room, with just five of my sons’ friends, the oldest being about seven years old. By divine leading, we moved to a rented apartment, where the ministry took shape in earnest, and eventually to the location where our headquarters is now established.
Though my beloved husband and the founder has gone to be with the Lord, by God’s grace, I continue the vision entrusted to my late husband, carrying the mandate forward and serving this generation with faith, love, and unwavering commitment to the Kingdom.
